1. BOOKING & REGISTRATION
1.1. All registrations, reservations, and travel arrangements are organized and managed by Score Brasil Ltda., operating under the brand name Score Brasil Events (hereinafter referred to as "Score Brasil" or "the Company").
1.2. A booking is considered confirmed only after Score Brasil receives the completed registration form, the required initial deposit, and issues written confirmation. Such confirmation may be provided electronically via email.
1.3. By submitting the registration form and making the initial deposit, the traveler or individual responsible for payment agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this document, including the applicable payment schedule and cancellation policies.
1.4. Registration forms may be completed and submitted electronically. Electronic acceptance constitutes acknowledgment of these terms and conditions, subject to applicable law.
1.5. Participants under 18 years of age must have their registration completed or authorized by a parent or legal guardian, who must acknowledge the applicable terms and conditions.
1.6. Group registrations may be coordinated by designated team representatives, coaches, schools, clubs, or travel organizers. However, each traveler remains responsible for meeting the applicable registration requirements, and parents or legal guardians retain their responsibilities regarding minors.

2. PAYMENT PLANS & DEPOSITS
2.1. Participants may choose to pay the full package price at the time of registration.
2.2. Score Brasil may offer installment payment plans for selected travel packages and sporting programs. The payment schedule, including installment amounts and due dates, will be communicated in writing before registration is finalized.
2.3. An initial deposit is required at registration to secure the reservation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Score Brasil, registrations and deposits must be completed at least six months before the scheduled departure date.
2.4. Additional installment payments must be made according to the payment schedule established in the confirmed booking agreement.
2.5. All outstanding balances must be paid in full no later than 28 days before the scheduled departure date, unless a different deadline is expressly established in writing by Score Brasil.
2.6. Failure to comply with the agreed payment schedule may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation, subject to the applicable cancellation policies and advance notification.

3. PRICING, FEES & ADDITIONAL CHARGES
3.1. All package prices are based on the accommodations, transportation, activities, sporting events, excursions, and services specifically described in the selected travel package.
3.2. Prices are calculated using applicable supplier rates, transportation expenses, government charges, and currency exchange rates available when the package is prepared.
3.3. Score Brasil reserves the right, where permitted by applicable law, to adjust package prices to reflect significant changes in fuel costs, exchange rates, government taxes, airline charges, or other supplier-related expenses. Any adjustments will be communicated to affected participants in writing.
3.4. All installment payments must be received by their established deadlines. Late payments may result in additional charges or cancellation, as provided in the confirmed booking agreement.
3.5. Requests for customized travel arrangements, deviations from the scheduled group itinerary, or individual transportation changes may be subject to an administrative fee of US$100, in addition to any supplier-imposed charges.
3.6. Payment Processing Fees
Payments made using credit cards or digital wallets are subject to the following processing fees:

  • Mastercard or Visa: 2.9% plus US$1.50 per transaction.

  • American Express (AMEX): 3.9% plus US$1.50 per transaction.

  • Apple Pay or Google Pay: 3.3% plus US$1.50 per transaction.

All payment processing fees are the responsibility of the customer (the participant or individual making the payment) and are charged in addition to the advertised package price.
These fees apply to each individual transaction, including deposits, installment payments, and full payments.
Processing fees will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed, where permitted by applicable law.
Score Brasil Events does not cover or absorb these processing fees.
3.7. Accidental overpayments will be reviewed and, where applicable, refunded or credited toward an outstanding balance, subject to any lawfully non-refundable processing fees.

4. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
4.1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Score Brasil at info@scorebrasilevents.com, using the Company's official cancellation procedure when applicable.
4.2. Cancellation requests become effective when received and acknowledged in writing by Score Brasil.
4.3. Deposits and payments are generally non-refundable, except where expressly provided in the applicable cancellation terms or required by law. This is because hotels, transportation providers, event organizers, sporting facilities, and other service suppliers may require advance financial commitments.
4.4. Cancellations More Than 120 Days Before Departure
Participants canceling more than 120 days before the scheduled departure date may be eligible for a partial refund of their land package, depending on expenses already incurred, non-refundable supplier commitments, and the cancellation schedule established in their confirmed booking agreement.
4.5. Cancellations Within 120 Days of Departure
Cancellations submitted within 120 days of the scheduled departure date are subject to the applicable non-refundable payments, cancellation charges, and contractual obligations outlined in the confirmed booking agreement.
4.6. Airline tickets, sporting event tickets, admission tickets, and other services purchased or confirmed on behalf of the traveler may be subject to separate cancellation policies established by their respective providers.
4.7. Where available, Score Brasil may offer eligible participants a travel credit toward a future program. Any such credit must be confirmed in writing and will be subject to the terms communicated at the time of issuance.
4.8. Travel Cancellation Insurance
Score Brasil strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage.
Travelers may also consider policies offering Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage, where available.
CFAR coverage typically has specific eligibility requirements, purchase deadlines, reimbursement limits, and exclusions. Travelers should carefully review these conditions with their chosen insurance provider.
Insurance policies are purchased directly from third-party providers, and all insurance claims must be submitted to the applicable insurer.
Any reimbursement under an insurance policy is subject to that policy's terms and conditions and is not guaranteed by Score Brasil.

5. AIRLINE RESERVATIONS, TAXES & FEES
5.1. Air travel, when included in the selected package, is subject to the terms and conditions of the operating airline.
5.2. Airline tickets may be subject to domestic and international government taxes, security charges, airport fees, customs and immigration charges, fuel surcharges, and other applicable assessments.
5.3. For group airline reservations, final taxes and fees are generally calculated by the airline at the time of ticket issuance, typically four to six weeks before departure. Final amounts may vary.
5.4. If airline tickets must be issued more than 45 days before departure, Score Brasil may require full payment of the booking before ticket issuance.
5.5. Airline payments may become non-refundable once tickets are issued, depending on the airline's fare conditions and applicable passenger rights legislation.
5.6. Schedule changes, flight cancellations, baggage allowances, seat assignments, and additional airline services are subject to the operating airline's policies and applicable law.
5.7. Travelers are responsible for providing complete and accurate passenger information that matches their passports and official travel documents.

6. CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION BY SCORE BRASIL
6.1. Score Brasil reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify a program when extraordinary circumstances beyond its reasonable control make the planned trip unsafe, impracticable, or impossible to operate.
Such circumstances may include severe natural disasters, public health emergencies, government travel restrictions, serious security threats, or other major disruptions affecting the destination or scheduled program.
6.2. In the event of a Company-initiated cancellation, Score Brasil will notify affected participants as soon as reasonably possible and communicate the available options, which may include:

  • Rescheduling the program to an alternative date.

  • Offering an alternative travel experience or sporting program.

  • Providing travel credits for future Score Brasil programs.

  • Issuing applicable refunds according to the confirmed booking agreement and applicable law.

6.3. Any applicable travel credit will be subject to conditions disclosed in the booking agreement or at the time the credit is offered, including its value, permitted use, and expiration date.
6.4. Score Brasil will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions and assist participants with available alternatives.

7. COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES & LIMITATIONS
7.1. Score Brasil works with established hotels, transportation providers, sporting venues, tour operators, and other professional suppliers to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality travel experiences.
7.2. Certain program activities, attractions, sporting venues, and excursions may be affected by weather conditions, maintenance requirements, operational restrictions, public holidays, government decisions, or other circumstances beyond Score Brasil's reasonable control.
7.3. When a scheduled service or activity becomes unavailable, Score Brasil will make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable alternative of comparable quality whenever possible.
7.4. Participants will be informed of significant itinerary modifications as early as reasonably practical.
7.5. Score Brasil's responsibilities and any applicable limitations of liability are subject to the confirmed booking agreement and mandatory consumer protection laws.

8. ACCOMMODATIONS & SINGLE-ROOM SUPPLEMENTS
8.1. Standard accommodations are generally arranged in double/twin rooms (two occupants) or triple rooms (three occupants), as specified in the selected package.
8.2. Adult travelers requesting private accommodations may apply for a single room at an additional charge, referred to as the Single-Room Supplement.
8.3. Single-room requests should be submitted no later than 90 days before departure and are subject to hotel availability.
8.4. When a requested single room cannot be provided, Score Brasil will offer alternative accommodations or refund the single-room supplement paid for the unavailable upgrade.
8.5. Room assignments involving minors will follow the accommodation arrangements approved by the responsible group organizer and, where required, their parents or legal guardians.

9. COMPLAINTS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1. Score Brasil is committed to providing a high-quality customer experience and addressing all concerns promptly, professionally, and fairly.
9.2. Any issue arising during a trip should first be reported to the designated Score Brasil tour representative or on-site program coordinator, who will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter.
9.3. Formal complaints should be submitted directly to Score Brasil rather than to unrelated sponsors, commercial partners, or event supporters.
9.4. Complaints submitted after completion of a program should be addressed in writing to:
Score Brasil Events
Email: info@scorebrasilevents.com
Participants should include their booking reference, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation.
9.5. Score Brasil encourages both parties to seek an amicable resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings.
9.6. Any unresolved dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to the booking agreement, including its interpretation, validity, enforcement, or termination, will be subject to the dispute-resolution provisions of the signed booking agreement and applicable law.

10. PASSPORTS, VISAS, HEALTH & TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
10.1. Each traveler is responsible for ensuring that they possess all required documents for international travel, including a valid passport, entry visa when applicable, and any additional travel authorization required by the destination or transit countries.
10.2. Travelers must verify applicable passport validity requirements, visa processing times, and entry regulations well in advance of departure.
10.3. Participants under 18 years of age may be required to present additional documentation, including parental or legal guardian travel authorization, according to the rules of their country of departure, transit, and destination.
10.4. Any mandatory health documentation, vaccination certification, medical clearance, or other entry requirement must be obtained by the traveler when required by the appropriate authorities.
10.5. Costs associated with passports, visas, medical examinations, vaccinations, certificates, or other required travel documents are the responsibility of the traveler unless expressly included in the purchased package.
10.6. Score Brasil cannot guarantee the approval of visas or admission into a foreign country, as such decisions remain under the authority of the relevant government agencies.

11. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS, PARTICIPATION & INSURANCE
11.1. Program Adjustments
Score Brasil reserves the right to make reasonable operational changes to itineraries, accommodations, transportation arrangements, training schedules, games, sporting venues, excursions, and other program activities when circumstances require.
Material changes that substantially affect the contracted services will be communicated to participants, with their rights determined in accordance with applicable law and the confirmed booking agreement.
11.2. Minimum Group Requirements
Certain travel packages and team programs may require a minimum of 20 paying travelers to operate under the originally advertised group pricing.
If participation falls below the required minimum, Score Brasil may offer revised pricing, alternative transportation arrangements, or the opportunity to travel alongside another participating group.
Any proposed change will be communicated before implementation, and any cancellation will be handled according to the applicable agreement and law.
11.3. Photography, Video & Promotional Content
During Score Brasil Events programs, photographs and videos may be captured for event coverage, promotional campaigns, social media, and future marketing materials.
Score Brasil will obtain appropriate consent for the use of identifiable participants' images, including authorization from a parent or legal guardian where required for minors.
Participants may contact Score Brasil regarding image-use permissions before the program.

Recommended coverage includes:

  • Emergency medical treatment and hospitalization.

  • Medical evacuation and emergency transportation.
